Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This policy explains how Phytovive LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on phytovive.com, and the choices you have.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and tags. They can remember your preferences, keep a site working, measure how a site is used, or support advertising.

2. What we use today

We keep this deliberately minimal. At present phytovive.com sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or any third-party tracking script on this site.

The only client-side storage we currently use is:

  • Strictly necessary / functional storage: a small flag in your browser's local storage that remembers you have already dismissed our launch pop-up, so we do not show it again on every visit. It contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone.

3. What will change

As we approach launch we expect to introduce analytics and, in due course, advertising and measurement technologies such as the Meta pixel and Google Analytics.

When we do, we will:

  • ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie or tracking technology is placed, where the law requires it (including the UK and EU);
  • make refusing as easy as accepting;
  • let you change your mind at any time; and
  • update this policy to list each cookie, its purpose and its duration.

4. Categories we will use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function. These do not require consent.
  • Analytics. Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • Marketing. Used to measure and target advertising across other platforms.

5. Your choices

  • Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
  • Consent settings. Once our consent tool is live, you will be able to change your preferences at any time from a link in the footer.
  • Marketing email. Our waitlist and marketing emails are handled by Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email. Signing up to the waitlist does not place a tracking cookie on your device.

6. Do Not Track and global signals

Where required, we will honour recognised opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including access, correction and deletion. Our [Privacy Policy](/privacy) explains these and how to exercise them.
