These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services of Phytovive LLC ("Phytovive," "we," "us," "our"), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business in St. Petersburg, Florida. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Our products are intended for adults and are not for use by children.

2. Our products are dietary supplements

phytovive products are dietary supplements, not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on our site is for general educational purposes only, is not medical advice, and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your healthcare provider before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition, and do not stop any prescribed treatment based on information from our site. Individual results vary.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout applies. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are displayed before you pay.
• We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected pricing error, fraud, or stock limits) and will refund charges for cancelled orders.
• You are responsible for providing accurate order and payment information.

4. Subscriptions ("Subscribe & Save")

• By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price and interval until you cancel.
• You may pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account or by emailing connect@phytovive.com. Cancellation stops future orders; it does not refund orders already shipped.

5. Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States and Canada. For other destinations, contact connect@phytovive.com.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates. Store the product as directed (cool, out of direct sunlight, below 25 °C / 77 °F).

6. Returns & refunds

• We accept returns of unopened products. Contact connect@phytovive.com for approval and a return address before sending anything back; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once approved and received, we will refund the original payment method.
• If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within [X days] and we will replace or refund it.
• For safety and quality reasons we cannot resell returned goods and cannot accept returns of opened products, except where required by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our site, text, graphics, logos, the "phytovive" and "01 // source" names and marks, images, and research materials, is owned by or licensed to Phytovive LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

You use our products at your own discretion and are responsible for your own health decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phytovive LLC and its members, officers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Phytovive LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products or site.

12. Governing law & disputes
