Phytovive is available in capsule and powder form to best suit your lifestyle needs. For the most potent benefits and to be able to increase desired intake, we suggest powder form, which may be easily mixed into liquids and drinks. For traveling and for those not so keen on the distinctive flavor, capsules are a convenient and simple way to receive the benefits of your daily intake.
The simplest and easiest way to consume Phytovive powder is mixed into a small amount of orange juice, or lemon/lime with water (or a mixture of both). We find that the acidity of the orange and lemon juice, help to balance the flavor of phytoplankton, resulting in a pleasant drink which can become part of your daily routine. Wherever you are in the world, it’s easy to find either orange juice or lemons!
Our recommended daily amount is 2g (4 capsules or half a teaspoon), however many people feel that 4g (8 capsules or 1 teaspoon) or more works extremely well for optimum vitality. During cleanse or boost periods, the amounts may be increased.

This drink affectionately got its name in the restaurant because it’s what I ask for every day, and everyone else started following my lead! This is a step up in intensity from the Phyto Green, and contains a double dose of phytoplankton (one whole teaspoon). If you’d like to up it further, you certainly can; just add a little at a time, working your way up to a higher strength. I like to include Marine Collagen Powder, making this one of the most nutritious liquid meals on the planet!
Keep this drink short and down it in a couple of gulps. It has a strong flavor from the phytoplankton but the acidity of the lime adds nice balance. Personally, I omit the orange but that’s down to preference, I like it really sour!
